We have a fantastic 6-month contract role with a fast-growing, forward-thinking IFA firm offering flexible working arrangements (remote), alongside occasional travel to their offices in Surrey and Scotland.
About the Role: Our client, a respected and dynamic national IFA firm, is looking for a Client Data Migration Administrator to support the transition of client banks following the addition of new advisors. This key role is focused on ensuring a seamless migration process, making sure there are no disruptions to client income and ensuring full compliance with all regulatory requirements.
As the role evolves, there is a strong possibility that it will transition into a permanent position, offering long-term career potential for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage data migration and ensure smooth client transitions between offices in Scotland and Surrey.
- Work closely with advisors, internal teams, lawyers, and regulators to facilitate seamless changes in client information.
- Issue new Terms of Business (TOBs), change agency codes with various providers, and oversee every step of the migration process.
- Ensure all project stages are completed accurately and on time to prevent income disruptions.
- Maintain compliance with FCA guidelines and resolve any discrepancies quickly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders to deliver a high-quality service.
About You:
- Proven experience in financial services administration, wealth management, or IFA administration.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and clients.
- A proactive approach with an excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and teams at all levels.
- Proficiency in financial administration tools and a solid understanding of the regulatory environment.
