Job Title: Data Entry Clerk

Location: Loughton

Shift hours: Standard working hours

Payrate: £24,000 PA

The position of Data Entry Clerk is within our Toxicology Laboratory located at Loughton, Essex. This role will provide administrative support to the Laboratory team and to provide the administrative function of entering donor details into LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) and to clerically review the entered data.

This job description will be reviewed periodically and is subject to change by management.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Entry of donor details in a fast an accurate manner
  • Clerical review of entered donor details
  • To scan confirmation data and worksheets and other documents as required
  • To enter Screen Action reports into LIMS
  • Provide administrative support to Laboratory Team

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS | EDUCATION:

  • To be educated to GCSE level (including English)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

  • Data Entry experience
  • Competent in MS Office
  • Office administration/reception experience

COMPETENCIES:

  • Communication, Organisation, Teamwork, Collaboration, Results driven, Accurate, Reliable, Efficient
