If so, Signature Recruitment is seeking a Finance Data Entry Assistant for a short-term assignment at a leading London musical organisation. This is a full-time position, has an immediate start and is based fully on site.

You will join a small team of five within the Finance Department reporting to the Financial Controller and Finance Manager. As a Finance Data Entry Assistant, you will focus on intensive data entry tasks. You will provide transactional and operational support and assist with day-to-day financial accounting of the organisation and its subsidiaries across cash book, purchase ledger and sales ledger. In addition, you will happily assist others with general administrative duties.

Finance Data Entry Assistant Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing intensive high volume data entry, accurately - collating, copying and recording information
  • Processing financial accounting across the cash book, purchase ledger and sales ledger
  • Conducting data entry tasks related to credit card information, BACS, PayPal and Direct Debits
  • Maintaining detailed and accurate records
  • Reconciling audit information and staying up to date on the latest Guidance
  • Other ad-hoc administrative duties in order to support the team and wider organisation

Finance Data Entry Assistant Key Skills:

  • Previous experience in financial charitable data entry, demonstrating a capacity for collating, organising, analysing, and disseminating large volumes of information with accuracy
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards and precision in all tasks
  • A team player - with good communication with stakeholders of all levels and efficient and effective time management skills
  • Highly Proficient IT skills including the Microsoft Suite and experience of Access Dimensions desirable
