- Ensure any data breaches are dealt with correctly
- Encourage and implement a culture where GDPR is followed throughout all services in the borough
- Provide advice and support on all GDPR matters
Candidate requirements:
- It is desirable for candidates to have previous experience working within the local authorities and hold a technical qualification in GDPR, but these are not essential
- Hold knowledge regarding GDPR, DPA and national and European data protection laws
