As a Microsoft Dynamics Expert, you'll be a vital part of our UK Digital Technology team, shaping the way we leverage Microsoft Dynamics to drive efficiency and innovation across our business. You'll be a technical authority, guiding our partners and ensuring we make the right decisions to maximise the power of this platform.

Here's a taste of what you'll be doing:

  • Technical Ownership: You'll play a major role in the technical direction and strategy for Microsoft Dynamics within E.ON Next, ensuring alignment with our broader technology vision.

  • Solution Design: Collaborate with architects, software engineers, and stakeholders to design, develop, and implement cutting-edge solutions using Microsoft Dynamics.

  • Best Practices Champion: Define and maintain best practices and standards for Microsoft Dynamics architecture and design, ensuring our solutions are scalable, reliable, and secure.

  • Roadmap Architect: Establish and maintain a clear architecture roadmap and principles, keeping us aligned with industry best practices and making sure we use Microsoft Dynamics for the right use cases.

  • Technical Leadership: Provide expert guidance and mentorship to developers and other team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

  • Technology Evangelist: Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem.

Are we the perfect match?

  • Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics architecture and design principles.

  • DevOps & Agile Advocate: Experience working in a DevOps & Agile environment, embracing collaborative and iterative approaches.

  • Leadership & Communication: Strong technical leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and guide others.

  • Solution Builder: Proven experience building secure, robust, and resilient applications using Microsoft Dynamics.

  • Power Platform Pro: Experience leveraging the Power Platform to create innovative solutions and solve business challenges.

  • Partner Management: Experience working effectively within a multi-partner/vendor environment.

It would be great if you had:

  • Experience with different CRM platforms, Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure), Identity & Access Management solutions, and the ITIL framework.

  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Javascript etc…

  • Accreditation in agile and/or DevOps methodologies.

  • Microsoft Dynamics Certified.
