Asset Information Data Analyst

A leading UK Property Provider is looking for an Asset Information Data Analyst to play a key role in shaping smart, data-driven decisions. This is a great opportunity to make an impact by providing valuable insights that help optimise assets and improve communities.

With advanced Excel skills and a talent for turning complex data into clear, actionable insights, the successful candidate will support investment, regeneration, and stock strategy decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain, improve, and administer stock performance tools, systems, and processes.
  • Collect and analyse asset data from multiple sources to assess performance using financial and social measures.
  • Conduct desktop analysis to evaluate asset value, supporting stock rationalisation, regeneration, and investment planning.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance asset management activity in line with corporate objectives.
  • Support budget management within the asset management function.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to support the delivery of Asset Management Strategies.
  • Prepare reports and integrate asset management data into operational decision-making.
  • Ensure data quality and accuracy in all analyses and outputs.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong financial asset analysis skills, including NPV, Yield, Operating Margin, and scenario modelling.
  • Ability to interpret and summarise complex data, identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Experience in social asset analysis to assess sustainability and social impact.
  • Degree or relevant experience in Property Management, Real Estate, Business, Economics, Finance, or Investment.
  • Excellent Excel skills for managing and manipulating large datasets.
