Results Executive | £25,000 | Hybrid (1 day WFH) | Canada Water

Are you detail-oriented, highly organised, and passionate about delivering accurate and timely results? We have a fantastic opportunity for a Results Executive to join a leading organisation in the medical and clinical sector.

This is an ideal role for a 2nd jobber.

About the Role

As a Results Executive, you will play a key role in processing and issuing results for medical, clinical, and drug & alcohol-related procedures. You will ensure the highest levels of accuracy while maintaining compliance with data protection regulations. This role is perfect for someone with strong administration skills, excellent attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

? Checking incoming post from clinics to ensure integrity and accuracy? Logging appointment attendance, issuing and reissuing reports and certificates? Uploading results to external databases and client portals? Investigating and resolving customer queries and complaints? Communicating with clients via their preferred contact methods? Managing expectations regarding result turnaround times? Staying up to date with industry protocols and compliance standards? Supporting team members with training and knowledge sharing

What We’re Looking For:

GCSEs (or equivalent) in English & Maths (Grade C or above)Experience in office administration and data entryStrong IT skills, including Microsoft Word and ExcelExcellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressureStrong communication skills (both written and verbal)

Ability to prioritise workload and work independently

Previous experience in query resolution, complaint handling, or working with the public via telephone/email would be a plus!
