We are looking for a technical specialist, who understands buy side products (Funds, Alternatives, PE/RE) to join a rapidly growing team.

Core skill sets:

- Data Management / Data Quality/ Data Governance

- Power BI user (can build a dashboard)

- Operations knowledge (i.e. how a fund works/ what a VCT is/ what listed Equities are)

Note - this role will include presenting data to the Management team. Candidates must be strong communicators.

You will work closely with the Head of Operations to clean existing data, develop a robust data management model, and shape the future of the company's operations.

What you'll do:

As a Data Management Analyst in Private Equity, your role will be pivotal in transforming our client's operations. Your excellent problem-solving skills will be put to use as you clean and maintain current data. You will implement data governance and quality controls, particularly over editorial access to the CRM. In collaboration with the Head of Operations, you will establish Golden Source Data. Your technical expertise will be crucial in automating various processes, with particular focus on data integrity and reporting mechanisms. Furthermore, you will standardise dashboard usage to ensure high-quality output from a single data source. Lastly, you will liaise with new custodians and other stakeholders to ensure high integrity of data quality.

* Cleaning and maintaining current data

* Implementing Data Governance & Quality controls, particularly over editorial access to the CRM

* Collaborating with the Head of Operations to establish Golden Source Data

* Automating various Data Integrity Processes

* Automating Reporting (Fund Reporting, Client Reporting and MIS)

* Standardising Dashboard usage to ensure high quality from a single Data Source

* Working with new custodian and other stakeholders to ensure high integrity of Data Quality between the company and their Third Parties

What you bring:

As a seasoned Data Management Analyst in Private Equity, you bring 5-7 years of experience in data management and data quality. Your background within the fund space, preferably with exposure to private equity products, makes you an ideal candidate for this role. You are a strong PowerBI user with experience creating dashboards; knowledge of Tableau or Alteryx is also acceptable. Your proficiency in Excel, SQL, VBA, Python further enhances your ability to excel in this role.

* 5-7 years of Data Management & Data Quality experience

* Experience working within the Fund space, preferably with exposure to Private Equity products

* Strong PowerBI user and experience creating dashboards; Tableau or Alteryx also acceptable

* Proficiency in Excel, SQL, VBA, Python
