The role involves developing Customer Success dashboards to analyze revenue-generating activities and utilizing SQL and Python for data manipulation.
Candidates should have experience building dashboards with tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Qliksense, and familiarity with ETL processes.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis and A/B testing methodologies is required.

Duties

You will develop and implement Customer Success dashboards that will analyze and report on revenue-generating activities.
Utilize SQL and Python to query databases, perform data manipulation, and automate analysis processes.
Support experimentation efforts by analyzing and reporting on A/B testing results.
Provide historical data for key metrics to help establish baseline performance and experiment targets.

Skills

Proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis.
Experience in building dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Qliksense.
Familiarity with ETL tools and processes.
Experience with A/B testing methodologies and analysis.
Knowledge of statistical analysis and predictive modelling would be a useful asset.
