Data Analyst

Westminster

£300 per day (umbrella)

Full Time Contract (3 Months)

Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Data Analyst in Westminster. This is a contract with a scope for extension working full time hours

The job:

  • Manage and maintain, and if required, enhance the condition survey process that collects data to address all the business needs
  • Analyse the stock condition survey data and develop necessary benchmarks and Key Performance Indicators on programme expenditure
  • Manage MRI Asset Management database to ensure it is maintained and remains up to date
  • Assist and/or produce stock data and reports for other departments within Growth, Planning and Housing
  • Assist the Asset Strategy team in maintaining its procedures and processes.

The candidate:

  • Project management experience in repairs, capital works, or housing stock data, managing large-scale surveys, data analysis, and performance management.
  • MRI / Orchard knowledge is essential.
  • Experience working in a similar capacity in the public sector is desirable
