Role Overview

Cobalt is delighted to be working with a leading global real estate company that is looking to hire a Data Analyst to join their team, focusing on a retail portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing and interpreting key data sets to drive business insights and optimise performance across the portfolio. Role Responsibilities

  • Assist in integrating data from multiple sources into databases, ensuring data consistency and accuracy.
  • Monitor and assess the performance of the retail assets, including sales analysis, foot traffic, and revenue metrics.
  • Work closely with asset managers, property managers, and finance teams to provide data-driven recommendations to improve portfolio performance
  • Respond to specific requests from senior management, generating reports and insights based on current market trends and property data.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency by implementing and following best practices for data quality and validation.

Role Requirements

  • Experience in a data analyst role, ideally within real estate or retail sectors.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Proven ability to analyse large datasets, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong communication skills to present findings and reports to stakeholders at various levels of the business.
  • Strong focus on data accuracy and the ability to handle complex datasets with precision.
