Key Responsibilities:

Design and manage large-scale, multi-lingual linguistic datasets for AI model training.
Develop and implement data collection methods, including crowdsourcing and web scraping.
Apply advanced annotation techniques (e.g., sentiment analysis, dialogue acts).
Perform in-depth linguistic and statistical analysis to optimize AI communication.
Collaborate with developers and data scientists to integrate linguistic insights into AI systems.
Ensure data practices align with ethical standards, maintaining fairness and minimizing bias.

Candidate Requirements:

Essential:
- A Master’s degree or higher in Linguistics or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in NLP, computational linguistics, or data analysis.
- Proven expertise in managing large-scale datasets and familiarity with current NLP technologies.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and experience with data tools (JSON, XML, SQL).
Desirable:
- Experience with global, multi-language AI projects.
- Skills in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.

Work Arrangement:

The role is office-based, 5 days a week, for the first six months, located in Central London.
