This role offers the chance to work in a fast-paced environment where data plays a crucial role in providing a competitive edge.THE COMPANY:They are an investment management firm based in the UK, authorised and regulated by the FCA. The firm is also registered with several financial authorities in the US and is a member of the National Futures Association (NFA). Their team operates globally, with offices globally and over 200 employees.

The firm is committed to delivering consistent long-term returns for their investors, working within a well-defined risk framework. They focus on various investment strategies in both developed and emerging markets.THE ROLE:They are seeking an experienced Data Scout to enhance their foundational data practices, policies, and platforms. This role involves direct interaction and relationship-building with front office, technology teams, and key data consumers, serving as a content and subject-matter expert. You will steer stakeholders towards the added value of enhanced data capabilities, with exposure to a wide variety of data types used in alpha-generation across multiple asset classes.YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:The ideal Data Content Specialist will have:

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data in the context of investment research.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and make decisions based on data analysis.
Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
