Data Selection Manager

This role supports an organization focused on delivering effective Direct Marketing strategies and optimising data management, ensuring high-quality data practices and seamless operations across multiple teams.

As a Data Selection and Management Officer, you will oversee the accurate and timely delivery of complex database extracts from Raiser's Edge using FastStats, ensuring data quality checks are completed and the database is updated accordingly. You'll play a crucial role in supporting stakeholders, improving processes, and ensuring data documentation is maintained. Collaboration with other teams and external providers will be key as you optimise data management workflows.

You will lead a team, setting clear objectives and priorities to deliver exceptional data management while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Your responsibilities include coaching team members, implementing agile working methodologies, and supporting new provider onboarding, ensuring smooth operation across teams and systems, including FastStats and Raiser's Edge.

Skills required for a Data Selection Manager include:

  • Proficiency in Raiser's Edge and FastStats, with experience in data management and segmentation.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with the capability to coach and develop staff.
  • Experience with data quality practices, third-party response handling, and process optimization.
  • Familiarity with agile working methodologies and documentation of data management practices.

12 Month FTC
