Charity Recruitment are recruiting for a Database Assistant working for a well-known social welfare charity based near Brixton in London. This is a temp to perm role. You must be available to start immediately

As the Database Assistant you will ensure the accuracy and integrity of the supporter database through regular data cleansing, record merging, and deduplication, maintaining compliance with GDPR requirements. You will support the fundraising teams to achieve their objectives by providing reports and analysis.

As the Database Assistant you will keep the database up-to-date, importing and exporting information. You will create data selections for the fundraising teams for emails and mailings to supporters. You will filter data for segmentation purposes, including analysis and preparation of campaigns and mailshots. You will act as the first point of contact for day-to-day data related queries.

Experience

Outstanding IT skills including advance knowledge of databases and MS office programmes

Good working knowledge of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
