This central London-based membership body is looking to recruit a Membership Data Administrator to provide general administrative support to the team, taking the lead on validating member data, progressing any failed payments and notifications, and contributing to the use of analytics to support business improvement.

Key Responsibilities of the Membership Data Administrator:

  • Undertake regular data cleansing, ensuring the validity of member data so that it can be relied upon for monthly statistics and reporting.
  • Ensure that membership fees are paid, processing Direct Debit and card payments.
  • Oversee the failed payment process, taking action to ensure members retain their correct statuses and following up to limit disruption to monthly business income.
  • Take responsibility for ensuring that data held on the CRM is accurate, running reports and contacting members to update where necessary.
  • Process membership applications, maintaining records as needed.
  • Ensure any complaints are resolved effectively.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

  • Educated to degree standard or with equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong understanding and experience of resolving customer queries and complaints, ideally within a membership environment.
  • Experience of managing large quantities of data, undertaking data manipulation and making queries using a CRM.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Salary and Benefits:

  • c£15.50 per hour.
  • Full-time, temporary assignment lasting for 3 months, with a quick start.
  • Based in Central London office, with provision to work from home for part of the week.
