Your new company You will be workingfor a Global Law firm, based in Central London, who are continuously named inthe best Law Firms rankings. This company operates in over 10 countries, with26 offices across the globe, making thisan exciting global opportunity. Your new roleYou will be joining ahighly regarded international HR team, supporting the maintenance and dataaccuracy of a growing number of HR systems across EMEA. You will maintain dataflows, partake in data auditing and work closely with teams across EMEA and theUS.You will be responsible forMaintaining dataaccuracy and audits for the firm's main people system, PeopleSoft. You willmaintain the EMEA onboarding portal,differences between HR systems and the firm's engagement system. You will be themain point of contact in EMEA for all HR systems and data queries, partneringwith the HRIS team in the US to maintain alignment in all processes. You will work with internal and external businesspartners and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement. What you'll need to SucceedYou will be experienced inreporting data to internal and external stakeholders. You will have excellentinterpersonal and communication skills. You will be a highly organisedindividual with a strong attention to detail. You will be able to identifyefficiencies and drive process improvements across HR systems. You will be ableto prioritise and manage multiple projects and deadlines, working well underpressure.
