This role involves managing CCTV installations and repairs, gate and barrier installations, and aerial maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage the installation and repair of communal CCTV systems, gates, barriers, and aerials.
- Supervise and lead a team, including a dedicated Repairs Administrator who will assist with scheduling, documentation, and contractor coordination.
- Ensure all works meet quality standards and are completed on time, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Address and resolve any issues that arise promptly, ensuring smooth project delivery.
Profile
Candidate Requirements:- Proven experience in managing communal installations and repairs, particularly in CCTV, gates, barriers, and aerial systems.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage both contractors and support staff effectively.
- Thorough knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to communal repairs and installations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Job Offer
What is on offer?
- Hybrid working (1-2 days in the office in London)
- £60,000 to £62,000 salary
- 3 Month Contract that could be made Permanent
