The Role:
To be able to effectively manage reactive and preventative maintenance works.
To have an understanding compliance for all aspects of fire, health and safety.
To have experience in dealing with AGMs and Directors meetings
To be able to undertake regular site inspections.
To have experience in the supervising of contractors.
To have knowledge of landlord and tenant legislation.
To have experience and knowledge of Section 20 processes and major works projects
To have knowledge and understanding to produce service charge budgets and manage expenditure
To have good communications skills when dealing with clients, leaseholders and contractors
The Person:
We need someone who has a clean UK driving license and a car.
To have excellent communication skills both written and verbal to provide good customer service.
To be able to work independently and as part of a team.
To have excellent time management skills. Ideally within in a short commute of the office, but this is not essential.
APM experience of 3+ years or junior PM with experience of a portfolio
