Assistant Showroom Manager

Location: Middlesex

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £25,000 -  £30,000 PA DOE & Bonus

Hours: Full time - including Saturdays on a rota basis

The RoleAs the Assistant Showroom Manager, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience within a luxury environment. You will support the Showroom Manager in the day-to-day running of the showroom, while leading a team to meet sales targets, ensure excellent service, and maintain the high standards expected in this prestigious setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting in the management of the showroom, including staff supervision and scheduling
  • Delivering exceptional customer service, guiding clients through the purchasing process
  • Managing product displays and maintaining the overall aesthetic of the showroom
  • Supporting the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with high-end clients
  • Handling administrative duties, including stock management and showroom maintenance
  • Coordinating with the Showroom Manager to implement strategies for business growth
Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in a luxury showroom or retail environment (preferred)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • A keen eye for design and detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Self-motivated with a passion for luxury interiors
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is advantageous
