Senior Information Analyst required by a leading charity based in the City of London. This is a great opportunity to join the busy Business Planning and Performance Team within the charity’s Services Directorate.You will join a small well established team consisting of a Service Head, two other Senior Information Analysts and two Management Information Assistants to deliver professional, specialist, high quality analysis, reporting and statistics in relation to key areas of the business.This is a 12 month fixed term contract (covering maternity leave) – salary £34,582 – this role can be fully remote working with some office days required – offices located in the City of London (TFL Zone 1).The role will work closely alongside others in the team to deliver on a wide range of routine and ad hoc tasks and have close contact with a number of other reporting teams across the charity and the wider organisation to ensure consistency and a shared understanding of data results.Duties include:
  • Developing and maintaining dashboards in relation to specified areas and produce reports against the organisations strategic goals
  • Running regular and ad hoc reports from system reporting tools and analyse data where needed
  • Writing high quality narrative tailored to the needs of a range of internal and external audiences
  • Playing a key role in the development and delivery of the Services Quality Assurance Framework and reporting on its outcomes
Essential requirements:
  • Strong report writing with the ability to tailor content for the audience
  • Good data analysis skills to identify, interrogate and describe observed insights
  • A high level of competence in MS Excel and some experience with PowerBI
