Exciting times ahead for our Property client who are looking for a Brand and Marketing Manager to lead their brand, content, customer lifecycle and thought leadership strategy for 2025 & beyond!

THE ROLE OF BRAND AND MARKETING MANAGER:

- Enhance the company’s reputation in the market through consistent brand messaging and high-quality content.

- Maintain and develop strong brand messaging, values and creative, tailored to key audiences.

- Identify opportunities to demonstrate key messages and unique selling points through industry awards and partnerships.

- Ensure that all external communications reflect the brand's value proposition and expertise.

- The Brand and Marketing Manager to develop and execute thought leadership reports and whitepapers that positions as an industry authority in workplace strategy, design and build.

- - Develop and deliver a content calendar, with supporting events, webinars and creative to engage existing and potential customers

- Create and oversee the production of high-quality content, including case studies, articles, blogs, and video content

- - Develop a customer lifecycle marketing approach to increase customer engagement and retention.

- - Create targeted communication strategies for different customer segments, working with the digital marketing manager to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

- - Build a team of experts to work on the brand and messaging, including two marketing executives, external agencies and freelancers.

- - Manage the brand and campaign marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources and maximising ROI.

- Analyse the performance of campaigns, adjusting strategies and refining messaging to optimise engagement and conversion.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR THE BRAND AND MARKETING MANAGER ROLE:

- Proven experience in a B2B marketing or brand management role within a professional services, financial or construction-related industry. Ideally a Brand and Marketing Manager.

- A history of defining and implementing clear, effective brand messaging, using excellent writing skills to adapt tone and style for different audiences

- Track record of successfully planning and delivering clear thought leadership content and supporting campaigns, including events and webinars.

- Strategic and commercially minded with a proactive, solution-focused approach.

- Results-driven with strong analytical skills and a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
