Exciting times ahead for our Property client who are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead their digital strategy through 2025 & beyond.

THE ROLE OF DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive traffic, and lead generation.

- Manage the company’s website, ensuring it reflects the latest brand positioning, is SEO-optimised, and provides a seamless user experience.

- Develop and execute an SEO approach to improve search visibility and drive inbound leads.

- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (PPC, display, social) to drive targeted traffic and generate leads.

- Manage and grow the social media presence and engagement across key platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram etc.).

- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and build an active online community.

- The Digital Marketing Manager will develop and manage targeted email marketing campaigns and regular newsletters.

- Automate workflows when possible to enable efficient delivery of email campaigns

- Segment marketing databases to enable personalised communication and targeted campaigns to improve conversion.

- Manage one digital executive and relationships with external agencies to deliver digital performance

- Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.

- Monitor and report on the performance of all digital channels using platforms such as HubSpot, Google Analytics and social media insights.

- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, engagement, lead generation, and conversion rates.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR THE DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER ROLE:

- Proven experience in a B2B digital marketing. Ideally a Digital Marketing Manager.

- Track record of optimising SEO, PPC and digital platforms to deliver increased relevant traffic to websites.

- A history of managing and optimising websites, improving user experience and conversion.

- Experience of using marketing automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot) and performance tracking tools (e.g. Google Analytics) to improve engagement and performance

- Strategic and commercially minded with a proactive, solution-focused approach.

- Strong communicator and collaborator, able to work across different teams and seniority levels.

- Results-driven with strong analytical skills and a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
