Hybrid Role - 3 office days and travel to client meetings

The Candidate is seeking a talented and experienced Digital Brand Manager to join a dynamic healthcare organisation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative digital marketing strategies that drive business growth and enhance brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Digital Strategy: Create a comprehensive digital marketing plan that aligns with business goals and drives brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation across digital channels.
  • Manage Digital Marketing Campaigns: Lead digital marketing agencies to plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across PPC, SEO, and paid social media.
  • Optimise Website Performance: Work closely with digital agencies to enhance the website user experience, increase conversions, and improve customer engagement.
  • Manage CRM and Email Marketing: Oversee email campaigns, develop content strategies, and maintain ongoing engagement with the database to enhance brand visibility and patient interaction.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with brand, hospital, and customer teams to ensure that digital marketing efforts are aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Analyse Digital Performance: Analyse performance metrics across various digital marketing channels (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) to identify opportunities for improvement and optimise ROI.
  • Manage Digital Marketing Budget: Effectively manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximise return on investment.

Requirements and Skills:

  • At least 5 years of experience in digital brand management, preferably within a lead generation business.
  • Strong understanding of all digital marketing channels, including PPC, SEO, social media, email, and performance marketing.
  • Ideally has worked in a Private Equity environment
  • Ability to identify and interpret market opportunities and challenges, using data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Proficiency in digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other social media analytics platforms.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to work calmly under pressure and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams to deliver successful digital campaigns.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present strategies and insights to senior management.
  • Experience working with WordPress CMS is a plus.
