Carbon60 are working with a renowned global university who are looking for a Digital Learning Manager to join them on a short-term contract.

Contract Specifics:

  • Contract Length: 3-4 months initially.
  • Pay Rate: 300-350 per day (PAYE).
  • Office Location: Central London.
  • Working Flex: Hybrid, with 2 days per week required in the office.

Overview of the Role:

This role will develop and implement a digital learning strategy, ensuring engaging, accessible, and high-quality online learning experiences. You will lead on the delivery of mandatory and role-specific training, manage learning technologies, and drive continuous improvement in digital learning. This is a pivotal role within the university's Organisational Development team, shaping the future of staff learning and development.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a digital learning strategy to enhance online learning pathways.
  • Oversee the university's portfolio of mandatory and specialist training, ensuring compliance and engagement.
  • Manage learning technologies, ensuring content meets accessibility and quality standards.
  • Work closely with internal teams and subject matter experts to create engaging digital learning experiences.
  • Monitor learner engagement, evaluate course effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead the integration and optimisation of learning management systems, ensuring a seamless user experience.

Required Experience:

  • Strong background in digital learning, instructional design, and learning technologies.
  • Experience managing learning platforms (e.g., Cornerstone, Articulate, Storyline, Adobe Suite).
  • Knowledge of AI, gamification, and multimedia tools to enhance digital learning.
  • Proven ability to work with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to develop effective learning solutions.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience delivering multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices in digital learning.
