Digital Marketing & Design Coordinator

We are seeking a talented and creative Digital Marketing & Design Coordinator to join a fast-growing, values-driven organisation in the high-end residential construction space. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in enhancing digital presence, driving engagement, and supporting the overall marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging digital content, including videos, graphics, and copy for social media, web, and marketing materials.
  • Manage and grow digital platforms, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and messaging.
  • Develop content calendars, publish high-quality website content, and optimise for SEO.
  • Analyse channel performance, generate reports, and use insights to inform future campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to source content ideas and marketing opportunities.

Skills & Experience:

  • At least 12 months of experience in graphic design and digital content creation in a construction-related sector
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Canva and video editing skills are a plus.
  • Familiarity with managing social platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn), using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and working with WordPress.
  • Strong writing, proofing, and editing skills, with a flair for engaging copy.
  • Excellent time management, organisational skills, and attention to detail.
