A high end, luxury fashion business are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join their digital fubction. The business was only launched 3 years ago and are seeing incredible results - if you're in the luxury space, you'll absolutely be aware of this who this client is and their founder!

This is a newly created role within the business and they are looking for an exceptional marketeer looking to develop their skills in a fast-paced and creative environment. The Digital Marketing Manager will support the Marketing Director in developing CRM & Social Media strategy and will work across multiple teams to execute the resulting initiatives and campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the CRM programme, planning, creating and scheduling highly targeted CRM campaigns to drive increased engagement and incremental revenue within core customer groups
  • Work cross-functionally to build and drive an engaging and CRM calendar that is aligned with tone of voice and values, communicating updates and ensuring alignment across all relevant stakeholders
  • Manage the brand's day to day presence on Instagram and other social platforms
  • Develop plans for expansion to additional social media platforms - working with the creative team
  • Monitor and analyse social media metrics, manage optimisation, reporting and insights

Experience

  • Experience working in the luxury fashion space in Digital Marketing with CRM & Social experience
  • Knowledge and experience of the luxury fashion industry and fashion products
  • Happy to work on strategy and be hands on
  • 5+ years in a Digital environment
