Our client, an innovative West London music incubator, is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to create and implement all digital strategy and social media channels for artists’ campaigns.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Tailoring the roster of artists’ digital marketing to promote their music releases, tours, merchandise, and events. • Collaborating with artists, management, and creative teams to originate content that expresses the artist’s brand and voice. • Managing social media advertising, email marketing, and influencer partnerships to amplify artists’ reach and engagement. • Providing oversight for the creation of graphics, photos, written content, and videos for social media, websites and digital platforms. • Monitoring and analysing the performance of digital campaigns and social media activities. • Using data to refine strategies and optimise outcomes for digital and social campaigns. • Reporting to management and artists with key metrics. • Working with artists, external partners, and internal teams to create cohesive marketing strategies. • Enhancing the company’s artists with the establishment of relationships with media outlets, key stakeholders, and influencers. • Planning and executing paid advertising campaigns across social media, search engines, and digital platforms to drive engagement and conversions. • Monitoring and optimising ad spend to maximise ROI. • Expanding the company’s social media presence across social platforms. • Engaging with followers to grow online community engagement.

Requirements:

• Experience in digital marketing within a frontline label is essential, ideally with artist development focus. • Demonstrable experience managing digital marketing campaigns and social media accounts for brands and artists. • Robust knowledge of social media platforms, digital advertising, and analytics tools. • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Excellent communication skills. • Creative thinking skills. • Hands on project management skills. • Authentic passion for music and understanding of the independent music scene.
