- Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including paid channels, SEO, email, CMS and social media.
- Plan and manage our owned social media platforms, including creating content and managing our content schedule.
- Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
- 2 years experience in a digital marketing generalist or specialist role.
- Demonstrable experience and managing SEO/SEM, email, and social media campaigns.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools.
- Experience in setting up and optimizing paid Google campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
- BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
