The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote their up-and-coming brand. You will play a significant role in managing our client’s digital presence across a wide range of channels.Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including paid channels, SEO, email, CMS and social media.
  • Plan and manage our owned social media platforms, including creating content and managing our content schedule.
  • Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
Requirements:
  • 2 years experience in a digital marketing generalist or specialist role.
  • Demonstrable experience and managing SEO/SEM, email, and social media campaigns.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools.
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing paid Google campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
Preferred Skills:
  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
