Marketing Manager | Innovative Architectural Practice | West London

Harmonic is excited to partner with a dynamic architectural practice in West London, seeking a Marketing Manager to support their creative team. This firm is recognized for its exceptional design work across a range of sectors, emphasizing collaboration and innovation in every project.

The studio consists of a passionate group of professionals dedicated to architectural excellence. They are looking for a creative marketing professional who shares their enthusiasm for architecture and design. This role is ideal for someone eager to take the lead in shaping the firm's marketing strategy and brand identity while working closely with senior leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate internal and external PR activities, liaising with press and PR agencies.
  • Develop and maintain a strong press network and track media coverage.
  • Write content for presentations and all supporting marketing documentation.
  • Create and distribute press releases, newsletters, and social media content.
  • Produce marketing materials, including graphic design and video editing.
  • Manage website content and address IT issues as needed.
  • Oversee the development and updating of marketing collateral, including portfolios.
  • Collaborate on award submissions and manage online and offline publications.
  • Collect analytics for website and social media to inform strategy.
  • Identify speaking and networking opportunities for senior leadership.

What we need to see (essential):

  • Previous marketing experience in the architectural field.
  • Strong creativity and excellent writing skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and confident using Photoshop and InDesign.

What we'd like to see (preferred):

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 + benefits
