Are you a driven Sales Executive with a consultative edge, ready to help public sector clients overcome complex procurement and budget challenges?

We’re looking for a commercially-minded professional to sell impactful, high-value training solutions that enhance legal literacy across the health and social care sector. Due to continued demand and ambitious growth plans, this role has been created to expand the reach and deepen relationships with a well-established client base. You’ll be joining a thriving business with a clear mission, a respected product suite, and a high-performing sales team.

This is a varied and rewarding role where you’ll manage the full 360° sales cycle - from outbound lead generation and prospecting through to deal close and client development. You’ll be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, tailoring professional training solutions to meet specific client needs.

With a high-quality product portfolio and strong brand recognition, you’ll be empowered to make a real impact in sectors that truly value learning and compliance. Outcomes include meeting revenue targets, developing long-term client relationships, and expanding the brand's presence in key public sector markets.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment and can build trust with senior decision-makers. You’ll need a proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within training, education, or professional services, with strong communication and closing skills.

Experience in managing complex sales cycles and navigating public sector buying processes will be highly regarded. Above all, you'll be a resilient self-starter who’s confident making outbound calls and excited by the opportunity to shape your own success.
