SENIOR LOYALTY MANAGER
UP TO £65,000 + BONUS
HYBRID - LONDON - Minimum once a week in office
THE COMPANY
This well-established fintech have recently started growing out their customer marketing team, and with some exciting new projects comes this new role to lead them!
THE ROLE
As a Senior Loyalty Manager, you can expect to be involved in the following:
- Leading on their brand new gamification programme, driving the creative strategy to ensure that they are first in class
- Driving certain customer behaviors and ensuring customer enjoyment and engagement
- Identifying third parties for the business to work with and drive engagement
- Championing customer experience, and identifying pain points
- Working closely with CRM, Customer Engagement, and the Chief Customer Officer
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience working in a marketing position within a loyalty driven business is the ideal
- Gamification experience is a plus
- Creative mindset needed
- Proactivity needed to drive new opportunities
- Industry experience not required
