My client is an instantly recognisable organisation who urgently require a Head of Governance & Reporting to join a business-critical programme.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience working as the Head of Governance & Reporting in large, complex organisations.
- Previously developed and implemented governance frameworks, policies and procedures.
- Proven leadership skills within the governance, risk and compliance space.
- The ability to be a strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and best practices.
- The ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders and teams.
- Proficiency in governance and reporting software tools.
- The ability to identify, assess and mitigate risks in line with governance and reporting.
Nice to have:
- Previous insurance industry experience
- A Master's degree or professional certification (i.e. CISA, CISM, CGEIT)
