Document Controller
Permanent Position
£45,000 + 1 Day WFH per week
City Of London 

 

Skilled Careers are currently working with a very well recognized Main Contractor, with a turnover of circa £850m and a large pipeline of projects across London and the UK.

This company require a strong Document Controllers and Senior Document Controllers with solid experience within the Main Contracting sector to come and work on two large scale fit outs projects based in City of London. 

You will be in control of the managing and maintaining all project related information and documentation. As a Document Controller you will be the central point of contact for all matters of business, this includes; providing training, support and ongoing communication to all team members of the project.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Project Director, ensuring systems, procedures and processes are established correctly to effectively manage information across the project.
  • Train and upskill the project team to use project information tools and EDMS system.
  • Be the central point of contact for team members, you will chase and resolve issues relating to the information management system and support processes.
  • Drive compliance with the EDMS system and monitor protocols.
  • Organize the project team within the main EDMS system and other systems, e.g. adding and removing users and setting user access rights.
