ATK Solutions have an excellent opportunity for a proficient Document Controller to join an expanding company and utilise your expertise across a wide variety of high-end projects across London.
Your role would be to assist the Associate Director, completing administrative tasks, document control, work on and assist with managing exciting fast paced consultancy projects.
Job requirements include but not limited to:-
- Assisting with the delivery of projects
- Project administration
- Managing Clients and their processes
- On-boarding of Clients
- Quality checking reports and deliverables
- Liaising with Clients
- Quality checking documents and processing
- Being self-sufficient as you will be working from home two days per week
- Assisting with delivering gateway information
- PA duties when required, 25% of the role
- Having the ability and wanting to work in a fast-paced environment
Desired attributes:-
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent IT skills, including proficient Excel use and document control
- Ability to Project Co-Ordinate
- Enjoy working in a friendly and busy environment
- Willingness to learn
- Ideally, you would have worked in a property or construction background, however, all applications will be considered
- Ability to work from home two days per week and wok from our clients office in Mayfair the other three days
Position Remuneration:-
- 25k to 40k depending on experience with the opportunity to increase
- Excellent holiday scheme plus all the pension perks etc and our clients business doesn't operate in between Christmas and new Year.
