Role Purpose:

The Junior Document Controller will play a vital role in supporting our project teams by ensuring the efficient and accurate management of all project documentation. You will be responsible for receiving, reviewing, distributing, and archiving documents related to our fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and log incoming documents from various sources, including clients, contractors, and suppliers
  • Review documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company standards and procedures
  • Distribute documents to relevant project team members in a timely manner
  • Maintain a centralized document management system and ensure that all documents are properly filed and archived
  • Assist with the preparation and submission of tender documents
  • Provide administrative support to the project management team as needed

Skills and Qualifications:
