THE ROLE
In this key role, you will manage the production lifecycle from concept development to talent acquisition to final production and distribution, ensuring the highest production values.
Â
Key responsibilities:
- Spearhead the creative direction and content strategy for the designated project.
- Oversee all production phases from pre-production planning, scheduling, and budgeting to post-production editing and distribution.
- Help scout, select, and manage talent, whilst maintaining strong professional relationships.
- Help build and maintain relationships with sponsors and brand partners.
- Work closely with Campaigns to develop branded content that integrates sponsors’ goals while maintaining integrity of the project.
- Manage the technical setup for recording sessions, including sound, lighting, and video quality.
- Oversee the editing process to ensure that the final product is polished and aligns with company standards.
- Monitor feedback and performance metrics.Â

THE PERSON
As an experienced content lead, you will have the ability to confidently interact with colleagues at all levels and with key talent and contributors.
It is important that you have a genuine interest in the media industry.
You should have a proactive nature with ability to pre-empt issues, taking appropriate steps and escalation when required.
A good understanding of TikTok and YouTube analytics would be a significant perk.Â
