The Role:As an Early Years Practitioner, you will:

• Support a Reception class by delivering high-quality care and guidance.
• Plan and lead activities that promote children's development in line with the EYFS framework.
• Work closely with teachers and parents to ensure the individual needs of each child are met.
• Monitor and record children's progress, celebrating achievements and identifying next steps.

Requirements:

• Level 3 Child Care Qualification (or equivalent).
• Previous experience working with young children in an early years setting.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and its practical application.
• A nurturing, patient, and proactive approach to supporting children's growth and development.
