Reception Teacher Responsibilities
路 Plan and deliver creative and stimulating lessons that meet the requirements of the Reception curriculum
路 Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that encourages students' social and emotional development
路 Provide individualised support to students based on their unique needs and abilities
路 Collaborate with other educators and professionals to develop and implement effective teaching strategies
路 Assess and monitor students' progress, providing regular feedback to students, parents, and colleagues
路 Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of students' achievements and behaviour
路 Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues, ensuring a strong partnership between home and school
Reception Teacher Requirements:
路 QTS, EYTS, PGCE and strong academic record
路 Bachelor's degree in Education, with a focus on Early Years Foundation Stage (Reception) or equivalent
路 In-depth knowledge and understanding of the Reception curriculum and assessment frameworks
路 Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment for young children
路 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
路 Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to effectively plan and deliver lessons
路 A passion for education and a commitment to supporting students' learning and development
路 Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the school and students
