Key Responsibilities:

Provide tailored support to a Year 3 pupil with Autism, focusing on their learning, emotional well-being, and social development.
Collaborate closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver effective strategies and interventions.
Foster an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
Monitor and document the pupil's progress, sharing insights with staff and parents.

Requirements:

Previous experience supporting children with special educational needs, particularly Autism, is essential.
Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant in a classroom setting is essential.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A patient, compassionate, and adaptable approach to supporting children.
