About the role - Behaviour Teaching Assistant - Ealing

As a Behaviour Teaching Assistant, you will be required to work in the classroom supporting students with their academic studies. Alongside supporting students with their class work, you will also assist them with their behaviour. You'll be working closely with these students with the aim of improving their behaviour and their studies. Positive relationships with students will help you to build a loyal relationship with them. It is also possible for Behaviour Teaching Assistants to run interventions that are aimed at improving the mental health or behaviour of students.
