The Role:

As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will be working within Nursery and Reception, providing tailored support to children with SEND, ensuring they have access to a nurturing and stimulating learning environment. Your responsibilities will include:? 1:1 and small group support for children with additional needs? Supporting communication, social skills, and early learning development? Assisting with personal care and nappy changing as required? Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement EHCPs and individualized learning strategies? Creating a positive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages confidence and independence

The Ideal Candidate:

�? Experience supporting pupils with SEND (Autism, Global Developmental Delay, Speech & Language needs, etc.)�? Previous EYFS or Reception experience in a school or nursery setting�? A calm, patient, and proactive approach to supporting young children�? A strong understanding of child development and early learning strategies�? A commitment to safeguarding and child welfare
