Graduate Teaching Assistant Tooting

Monday to Thursday

Key Responsibilities:

- Support Learning: Assist classroom teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons, ensuring all students have the opportunity to achieve their full potential.

- Individual Assistance: Provide one-on-one and small group support to students, catering to their individual learning needs.

- Classroom Management: Help maintain a positive and conducive learning environment.

- Resource Preparation: Assist in the preparation of educational materials and resources.

- Student Development: Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere, promoting the academic and social development of students.

Requirements:

- Must be a graduate.

-: Prior experience working in a primary school setting is essential.

- Must hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service.

- Strong communication and organizational skills, a proactive approach, and a genuine passion for education.
