Our partner primary school in Westminster is currently looking to appoint a dedicated Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their team and support students in Key Stage 2.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Assisting the teacher in delivering classwork and supporting students during lessons.
  • Providing 1:1 support to pupils, helping them with their classwork, reading, and writing skills.
  • Leading small group interventions to support students in areas of development.
  • Observing and contributing to the assessment of pupils' progress.
  • Supporting the general classroom environment and promoting student engagement.

Applicant Specification:

  • A relevant degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience working with children is desirable, but not essential.
  • Experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) is an advantage.
  • A supportive, friendly, and enthusiastic personality.
