The Role:
  • Position: Graduate Teaching Assistant.
  • Salary: £80-£100 per day, based on experience.
  • Location: Waltham Forest, East London.

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will support teachers in delivering engaging lessons, work 1:1 or in small groups with pupils needing additional help, and assist children with SEN and behavioural needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils in KS1 and KS2.
  • Assist in delivering engaging and structured lessons.
  • Support children with SEN, including ASD, ADHD, and speech & language difficulties.
  • Help with behaviour management and create a positive learning environment.
  • Gain experience with classroom strategies and interventions used to support different learning needs.

  • A Psychology, Education, Childhood Studies, or related graduate.
  • A passion for child development, learning, and inclusive education.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to working in a school environment.
