Key responsibilities:

To work with the class teacher in preparing work for the students, putting up displays and assisting as required within the classroom.
To take responsibility for guided reading with students daily, updating reading records, completing the reading progress book fortnightly and monitoring that they are reading books appropriate to their level,
To maintain discipline in accordance with school policies at all times and encourage positive behaviour and approach to school life.
