We are seeking a dedicated Montessori Teacher to join our vibrant team. This role offers the opportunity to work with children aged 2 to 5 years, teaching Montessori methods in a dynamic classroom environment. The position is ideal for someone passionate about early years education and experienced in Montessori teaching.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Teach Montessori methods to a class of children aged 2 to 5 years.
  • Manage a classroom of 12 to 20 students, adapting to varying class sizes during the school’s busy periods.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the developmental needs of children.
  • Create a nurturing, stimulating environment that promotes learning through the Montessori philosophy.
  • Assess student progress and provide feedback to parents and guardians.
  • Collaborate with other teaching staff to enhance the educational environment and share best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Early Years Education.
  • Proven experience teaching Montessori methods.
