We are seeking a dedicated Montessori Teacher to join our vibrant team. This role offers the opportunity to work with children aged 2 to 5 years, teaching Montessori methods in a dynamic classroom environment. The position is ideal for someone passionate about early years education and experienced in Montessori teaching.
Day-to-day of the role:- Teach Montessori methods to a class of children aged 2 to 5 years.
- Manage a classroom of 12 to 20 students, adapting to varying class sizes during the school’s busy periods.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the developmental needs of children.
- Create a nurturing, stimulating environment that promotes learning through the Montessori philosophy.
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to parents and guardians.
- Collaborate with other teaching staff to enhance the educational environment and share best practices.
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Early Years Education.
- Proven experience teaching Montessori methods.
- Strong understanding of the educational needs of children in early years.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage children and foster an environment of learning and respect.
- Competitive salary range of £25,000 - £30,000.
