SEMH Teaching Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside experienced and highly trained SEN staff to support students with SEMH and other additional needs.

  • A positive and empathetic attitude, with the ability to adapt your teaching style to suit the needs of each student.
  • A willingness to support personal care needs when necessary.

Essential Requirements:

  • Enhanced DBS (on the update service or willingness to obtain one).
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
  • A Supporting Teaching and Learning qualification (Level 2 or above) or equivalent experience.
