About the school:
Remedy Education are recruiting on behalf of a Primary school in Lewisham who are looking for a Qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their team from January 2025.
The team are looking for someone to join them that can evident previous experience in a similar setting and that are strong and confident supporting children in Reception and Year 3.
The school are looking for someone who is confident, dedicated and excels in behaviour management.
The role will consist of:
- Providing tailored support and working with children with SEN (special education needs)
- Creating a safe environment that allows the children to have fun, learn and succeed
- Academic support of a 1:1 basis or in small groups
- Assisting the teacher
The Ideal Candidate:
- Level 3 TA qualified or equivalent
- Knowledge and experience working with both Reception and Year 3
- Experience of supporting pupils with SEN on a voluntary or paid basis
Position Details:
- Location - Lewisham
- Position - Level 3 Teaching Assistant
- Contract Type - Temporary (with possible permanent opportunities)
- Pay - £95 - £105 per day
- Hours - 8.30-4.00pm (Term Time only) Monday - Friday
- Start Date - January 2025
